Cookie Notice
What we store in your browser, and how to change it.
Last updated: October 14, 2026
This notice explains what this website (arkhos.dev) stores in your browser, and what the ARKHOS apps store.
1. This website
Our pages do not set cookies and do not load advertising, analytics or other third-party tracking scripts. Our fonts are hosted on our own domain. We only use your browser’s local storage for things that make the site work the way you asked:
| Name | Type | Purpose | How long |
|---|---|---|---|
| arkhos-theme | Local storage (essential) | Remembers whether you chose the light or dark theme. | Until you clear it |
| arkhos-consent | Local storage (essential) | Remembers your choice on our storage notice, so we don’t ask again. | Until you clear it |
These values stay in your browser. They are not sent to us or anyone else. The sign-up form sends the details you type to our application server to create your account, but it does not store anything in your browser.
2. The ARKHOS apps
The business dashboard and the customer and crew portals use browser storage to keep you signed in and to remember settings. They also use PostHog analytics, which stores an identifier in your browser and records page views and on-screen sessions to help us improve the product (see the Privacy Policy). When you pay by card or choose “Sign in with Google”, Square or Google may set their own cookies under their own policies.
3. Your choices
- Use the theme switch at the top of any page to change your light/dark preference.
- To make us show the storage notice again, or to remove everything we stored, clear this site’s data in your browser settings (often under “Privacy” → “Site data”).
- You can block cookies and storage in your browser. This website will still work; it will just forget your theme.
4. Changes
If we ever add analytics or other non-essential storage to this website, we will update this notice first and ask for your consent where the law requires it.
